World’s Strongest Violinist Evan Pittman officially kicked off his holiday violin tour today by playing for Sunday morning church services at Saint Nicholas Anglican Church in Scottsdale, Arizona.  Invited to play by diving coach Barbara Nejman, Evan performed multiple holiday numbers for Saint Nicholas parishioners.

Evan has multiple musical performances scheduled during the holiday season.  On Saturday, December 17, in addition to performing for regular Catholic mass at Saint Thomas the Apostle Catholic Church, Evan will perform at the Prestige Academy Winter Recital.  Then on Wednesday, December 21, he performs as part of Musicians on Call at Phoenix Children’s Hospital, playing for child patients in the children’s cancer ward.

On Saturday, December 24, Evan will play for Midnight Mass at Saint Thomas the Apostle Catholic Church in Phoenix, and on Saturday, December 31, he will perform for New Year’s Eve Mass at Incarnation Catholic Church in Wethersfield, Connecticut.  Several additional performances will likely be added at the Central Phoenix nursing homes where Evan routinely performs for the elderly in assisted living.
