Evan routinely performs on the violin for nursing and Veterans home patients, as well as cancer-stricken children at Phoenix Children’s hospital, and for a variety of public ceremonies.  During 2016, he also raised $3500 for combat-wounded Veterans through the Bob Woodruff Foundation, and served as a delegate to Arizona Boys State, a commissioner with the Governor’s Youth Commission, and an intern with the Re-Elect McCain for Senate Campaign.

In 2015, Evan was named one of the City of Phoenix’s Outstanding Young Men of the Year.
