World’s Strongest Violinist Evan Pittman is again in the news, this time featured on KTVK Channel 3 in Phoenix.  Pittman was featured on both the “Varsity Zone” and “Good Morning Arizona” programs reading his national award-winning essay “A Proud American – What It Means to Me,” working out in the gym, and playing the violin.

The news segment, while focusing on Evan’s essay and family history, also discussed him closing in on the historic powerlifting 100 world record milestone, as well as playing violin for audiences across the United States.

Evan will be recognized for his national essay win at the 2016 Joe Foss Institute gala on Sunday, April 17th in Scottsdale, Arizona, where he will also play the national anthem.
